Fabza.com is an online marketplace and does not issue refunds directly. All refunds are processed by the merchant from whom you purchased your item, according to their refund policy. Please review the merchant's refund policy before making a purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund, the merchant will process it using the original payment method. Fabza.com is not responsible for the timing or approval of refunds. If you have questions about a refund, please contact the merchant directly.

Finding Refund Information

You can find detailed refund information for each merchant during the checkout process. In the order summary section, you'll see links to the merchant's refund policy along with their other policies (shipping, returns, privacy, and terms & conditions). This information is also available on each merchant's profile page.
